Title:
ATM
Usage and Perception in Egypt from Different
Perspectives
Abstract: The
main subject of the research study reported here is the use of
Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) in Egypt. Our main concern will be
social and cultural, although there will be some scope for technical
perspectives. The research inquires on how decisions are made by
decision makers in banks on one side and how users behave and use ATMs
on the other side. The variety of perspectives obvious from the data
collected makes it methodologically rewarding
