Title: New Key Issues in
Information Technology Management
Abstract: As
a contribution to previous studies about the key
issues of IT management , this
study will
indicate some new
strategic advantage points
. In this study 10 pilot
interviews and 119 questionnaires were used . Seven new important
issues were
identified. Countries have different priorities for key issues, and the three of new key issues of high
priority were found to be security
management, risk management and investment management
in IT.
