A
Review of Theoretical Framework: How to Make Process about, for, and
from Knowledge Work
Abstract: Due
to the fast growth of information through different
mediums and the rapid change in the business environment, the
organizations
think how to improve their performance and process. In this way
Knowledge has
become a key source for organizations to enhance the competitive
advantage.
This paper reviews Knowledge Management (KM) process theories and
present
suggestions for what a general process should include, based on
analysis of
various models presented in KM. The main emphasis was focused on the
concept of
verification and validation across the KM cycle from Knowledge capture
to
Knowledge application. Therefore, this paper contributes to develop KM
process
(Process about knowledge, Process for knowledge, Process from
knowledge). The
paper will describe a more valid process to achieved Knowledge capture,
Knowledge creation, and Knowledge applications.
