Trip
The
field trip is specially organized for 10th IBIMA conference
participants. The trip is sponosed by Universiti
Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia. The field trip is
designed to complement research efforts and case
studies on innovation and knowledge management presented at the
conference and
to get exposed to practical implementation in real life settings.
The
trip is FREE to the conference registered participants (Max. number of 60 participants
based on first registered first served bases). Please contact the
registration desk at the conference.

visit is to experince the Malaysian government experience on
administration, modernization, and Innovation. The Government of
Malaysia has decided to encourage the use of
Open Source Software(OSS) in the Malaysian Public Sector. The Malaysian
Administration Modernisation and Management Planning Unit (MAMPU) of
the Prime Minister Department is given the responsibility to implement
this OSS Initiative. OSS allows the government to adopt various
ICT technologies that may be
adapted, enhanced and shared to further enhance the delivery of public
