Business Education: A Model to Explain a Need for Curriculum

Abstract: Business
education offered either by business schools, corporate learning
centers, or executive development centers, has become a hotly debated
issue among the management of business schools and corporations. In
particular, this study finds a daunting challenge facing business
schools, which is to justify the relevance of the business education
curricula considering the fact that the business environment is global
and dynamic. Business education must produce managers with qualities
such as relationship management, personal effectiveness and
professional acumen ship. Therefore, this paper proposes an urgent need
for a cross regional research in order to explore regional needs for
business educations and a balanced approach to educating future
business managers.
