Title: Realizing a Computation Server as a
Shared Inter-Enterprise Resource
Abstract: This paper
talks about the need and importance of integrating a computation server with
enterprise applications. This paper also provides the reasons for not realizing
the computation server as an intra-enterprise resource (exclusive for an
enterprise), but as a shared inter-enterprise resource. Rather than developing
a computation server from scratch, this paper presents a prototype that converts
an industry standard MATLAB engine into a Web service based computation server.
