Abstract: This
paper describes different issues related to ERP software implementation and
selection. The paper also discusses that why ERP systems fail and how they
can be made successful. I have also highlighted what points have to be considered
when selecting software vendor. The paper briefly describes all the steps
involved in ERP implementation. It proposes an ERP implementation methodology
that is more risk free and efficient.
