Title: Factors influence the acceptance
of
E-Statement among credit card users
Abstract: This research elaborated the
factors
that influence credit card users’ acceptance and response of Electronic
statement
or E-statement. A conceptual model named E-statement Acceptance Model
(ESAM)
has been derived to facilitate this study. ESAM has been
developed
and later introduced through the adoption of Technology Acceptance
Model
(TAM) and Service Quality Framework (SERVQUAL) with minor
modification.
Descriptive and inferential statistics were tabulated and analyzed
based
on questionnaire-based survey. Inferential analyses indicated
Efficiency,
Accessibility, Simplicity, Trust, Anxiety, Security and Reliability of
E-Statement
are the factors that significantly influence Intentional To Use and
Acceptance
Behaviour of E-Statement.
