Management Tool
Abstract: This study considers the Internet usage of joint stock corporations
in giving information to their investors by examining the websites of corporations
according to criteria written on the booklet of Corporate Governance Principles.
In addition to this statistical research, a content management tool has been
designed to help the corporations in checking and updating their websites
if it includes each principle or not.
