Abstract: The changes in the organizations are indispensable
to assure their yield, image, and not to fall in obsolete that the static
thing generates and the immovable thing. The decision to change takes place
when the things that coming of a way do not give the wished result and the
change is contemplated as an option with vision of future in the strategic
plan and is executed without delays that the circumstances dominate it.
