Title:
Encouraging Real-time International E-commerce
Abstract: Small e-businesses are continuing to increase sales
through domestic niche marketing. However, the steady drive to increase small
e-business sales has not taken off in the international arena. This paper
develops a framework for future research to measure e-business’s attraction
to the benefits, and belief in the feasibility of having a publicly available
real-time landed cost engine as a solution to the difficulties of international
e-commerce. Benefits and feasibility were found to be defined through 13
constructs. The significance of this paper is that a framework for the measurement
of perceived benefit of a publicly available real-time landed cost engine
will in turn justify demand for the development of a proper model.
