Building and implementing a training plan for the organizational
human resource with a DSS
Abstract: A human resource well trained and prepared to its
whole potential is a major objective of both the organization, at the microeconomic
level, and the society, at macroeconomic level. A method to accomplish this
goal is the continuing training of the human resource. This means the
implementation of efficient training programs that will allow the organization
and the employee to reach both their short term and long term objectives.
In general, the specialists agree that the human resource’s training improves
the employee’s attitude towards the organization, the satisfaction at work,
the social climate, the productivity, the quality of work, the image of the
organization in front of their clients and allows the organization to increase
its profit through the decrease of the costs.
