Abstract: Every organization requires specific knowledge
to perform their unique processes and tasks. Expert systems have been used
to capture and help the automated performance-based knowledge storage. The
specific knowledge has the major role to build and maintain the organization’s
systems for narrowing areas of performance expertise instead of broaden the
usage. The objective of this work is to validate the empirical Knowledge
Retention Model in the function of capturing and retaining the embedded knowledge
within each specifically knowledgeable worker. The model has been transformed
from one state to another. The model organizes knowledge flows and designs
the overall process chart of the job. This study will primarily identify
and prove the knowledge factors and skill factors from the group of experts.
