Organizational Performance Evaluation in Higher Education System:
A Macrosystemic Approach
Abstract: In the present conditions of the beginning of the millennium,
in the context of the extraordinary scientifical and technological progress,
the need for studying the efficiency of the academic studies from the education
system at the macrosystemic level is implied by the importance given by the
society to it. The connection between the level of civilization and the
society’s level of development on the one side and the education system on
the other side is quite clear in the actual conditions. This conclusion is
validated only by looking at the fact that countries having a efficient education
system, are in fact the developed countries
