Increasingly, customer interactions are less with the company and its

and more with technology. This proliferation of technology-based

and services, and the increasing rate at which companies are applying
technology
to market to and serve customers more efficiently has been noted by
researchers
who call for a thorough assessment of customers’ technology readiness.
