Title: The impacts of shared knowledge
on employees'
job satisfaction
Abstract: There
do not
appear to be any empirical studies on the relationship between
knowledge
sharing and employees' job satisfaction. Building on prior literature,
the
purpose of this paper is to explore the above issues related to
knowledge
sharing and employees' job satisfaction. The objective of this study is
to
examine the relationship between knowledge sharing and employees' job
satisfaction.
The paper proposes that nurturing effective knowledge sharing may lead
to
higher employees' job satisfaction. It also suggest that modern
organizations
focus on knowledge sharing increase their employees' job satisfaction.
A
survey is developed to collect related information for both dependent
and
independent variables. It is divided into two parts: part one based on
knowledge
sharing literature several questions were developed to measure
knowledge
sharing variable, and part two contains several questions to
measure
the employees' job satisfaction.
