Abstract: Enterprise
System is professional level software that manages the resources of a
company. Previously Information
Systems were developed to run on mainframe architectures whereas
Enterprise
Systems are running on client / server architectures [7]. Enterprise
System
modules including customer relationship management (CRM), supply chain
management (SCM), e-business and business intelligence tools [1] have
become very popular and getting more recognition. All these efforts
will be fruitful only if
the people are well trained and aligned with requirements of the
Enterprise
System. To manage needs of the era in a better way, we have proposed an
architecture with which enterprise system users will get notifications
and responses
that will lead them to accomplish a task in an efficient way. The
proposed
system architecture will remove distance between an enterprise system
user
and his personal applications. The user of this system will be notified
via a mobile or a personal computer about utility bills, rents, bank
statements,
appointments, traffic situation, approval of orders etc.
