Title:
Managing HR Transformation
at German Retail Bank Norisbank AG: Deriving Target Skills for Process and
Systems Restructuring
Abstract: The need
for companies to swiftly anticipate and react to necessary structural and
information systems changes is constantly getting more important with business
and innovation cycles becoming shorter. However, there has only been limited
research into this area in the context of organizational transformation.
This paper introduces a practice-proven approach for deriving the required
target skills of staff members, gauging their impact on the bottom line by
conduction workshops at the departmental level and prioritizing training
measures thereupon. We continue with presenting the know-how-transfer model
that has been developed at norisbank AG describing the prioritization of
the required skills in more detail.
