Abstract: The paper presents a method to study
future legal challenges to information businesses, especially m-commerce
products and services. Using numerous scenarios, legal issues are listed
and analyzed. Based on a study that applied this method it is concluded that
the most significant legal challenges will arise in the areas of privacy,
copyright, and contracts.
