A Comparative Study of Agile Practices Used in Requirement Gathering & its Implementation in Pakistan

A lot of new organizations these days intend to create better and effective methods that caters to different needs and requirements and that are also less expensive to implement and maintain in the long run in a business. The agile methods for this reason implemented and used to fulfil and cater the needs & requirements of the product advancement organizations and allows to see all the previous requirements and needs of the clients. This paper will discuss on how the recent implemented agile practices and techniques in a business may deliver efficient and smooth operation of processes, and at the same time meeting the important and necessary requirements as well as the prerequisites of the business. Great business is a definitive focus of any association and to support great business, associations are concentrating better quality. Major approach of agile approach is fast reaction to changing prerequisites and quick improvement of blunder free programming item. Likewise, the selection of agile programming advancement systems may seem, by all accounts, to be a somewhat direct process yielding in a split second enhanced programming in less time and satisfying the clients.
