Problem statement. Crisis and post-crisis economic development stages are characterized by an increased importance of bankruptcy regulation systems that are essential for ensuring the balance between governmental and free enterprise interests, normalizing transactions between economic agents and minimizing the costs of market economy cyclic functioning. However the efficiency of national bankruptcy regulation models is largely determined by the character of their basic mechanisms.
